3.2 Client Work

Upon full payment of all fees, clients receive ownership rights to final deliverables as specified in the project contract. OBSCURE retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3 Third-Party Materials

Some projects may incorporate third-party materials (stock images, fonts, plugins) subject to separate licensing terms. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses when required.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amman, Jordan.
